Perpetual Data Platforms ("we," "us," or "our") via the software brand Thyme Planner, respects the privacy of our users ("you" or "your"). This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect from and about you when you use our website (thymeplanner.com) (the "Site") and our garden planning application ("App") accessed through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy also explains how we use, disclose, and protect this information.

Aerial Images: We collect and store aerial images of your farm, home, garden, or other properties that you voluntarily upload to the Services. You have control over whether these images are kept private or made publicly viewable through the application's settings.
Planning Data: Information you input into the App, such as garden plans, plant selections, notes, and preferences.
Collaboration Information: If you use features that allow collaboration with team members or friends, we will use your designated public email address and any information you choose to share within these collaborative spaces.
2. Non-Personal Information: This is information that does not directly identify you as an individual. This may include:
Usage Information: Information about your usage of the App, such as features accessed, interactions within the App, types of plants you plan to grow, general garden location data (if not specific enough to be personal), and gardening preferences.

To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

Collaboration: If you choose to collaborate with team members, friends, or other users, your designated public email address and any information or images you specifically share or mark as public within these collaborative spaces will be visible to those individuals.
Publicly Viewable Content: If you choose to set your uploaded aerial images or other User-Generated Content as "public," this information may be accessible to other users of the Services and potentially the wider public, depending on the implementation of this feature. Content you designate as "private" will not be shared in this manner without your further consent.
Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, and email delivery. These service providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential, secure, and to use it only for the purposes for which it is disclosed to them.

Google OAuth
We use Google OAuth to allow you to sign up for an account and access the App. When you sign up using Google OAuth, you are authorizing Google to share certain information about you with us, as specified during the OAuth consent process (typically your name, email address, and profile picture). Data Security

However, no internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for managing the privacy settings of your content, such as designating images as public or private.
Your Choices and Rights
You have certain choices and rights regarding the information we collect and how it is used:
Account Information: You can access, review, and update your account information by logging into your account settings.
Email Preferences: You can manage your communication preferences, such as opting out of non-essential emails, through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails we send.
Visibility of Aerial Images and Content: You can control whether your uploaded aerial images and certain other User-Generated Content are kept private or made publicly viewable through the settings within the App.
Collaboration Settings: You can manage your participation in collaborative features and the information shared therein.
Deleting Your Information: You can request the deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email address below. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes, such as record-keeping, resolving disputes, or enforcing our agreements.
Revoking Consent: Where you have provided your consent to the collection, processing, or transfer of your personal information, you may have the right to withdraw your consent. Revoking consent may limit your ability to use some or all features of the Services.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold where applicable under local law). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age threshold, we will take steps to delete that information from our records as soon as possible.
